  Rare white lions off to Australia

 These white lions live in Australia now
Three white lions cubs from South Africa are getting used to their new home in an Australian zoo.

The male and two female cubs are extremely rare in zoos and there aren't any of them living in the wild.

There are only around 200 white lions in the world and they all live in zoos and animal parks.

These three are the first white lions in Australia and it's hoped they'll have cubs of their own in the future to try and boost numbers.

Despite the long journey the big cats had a very calm trip and enjoyed a run around when they arrived

The hand-reared cubs were held in quarantine, away from other animals, for a month to ensure they were not carrying any diseases that could harm other animals.

It's hoped that eventually the lions will return to their old home in South Africa's Kruger National Park.
