244 dogs, cats, parrots, a rabbit and a chinchilla were found in a single house in Carnforth in Lancashire in September.
It took 26 staff two days to get them all out of the house where they lived with a middle aged couple.
Most have been health checked and microchipped and now the RSPCA is appealing to pet lovers to give them new homes.
Some of the dogs were in a bad condition, and a few have had to have operations to make them better.
Looking after the animals is very expensive; so far it's cost the RSPCA about £10,000 a week for food, transport, and medicine for the animals.
