Tinker adopted Margaret, 89, before she died last year. And she loved him so much she left him everything in her will!
A will is a legal document which says who gets what after someone dies. Trustees make sure the dead person's wishes are carried out.
The trustees for Margaret's will are her old neighbours, Ann and Eugene Wheatley. They are popping in every day to give Tinker milk and nibbles.
Now word's spread, around even their own cats have decided to get in on Tinker's deal.
Lucy moved there after she had kittens. And there's Stardust, a white moggie who defected after he saw the cushy deal next door.
Stay
But Tinker had better stay put. The will says if he abandons the house for good, the trustees could do what they want with the it.
And if he dies, or after 21 years, the house and money will go to the trustees - Ann and Eugene!
