The WWF (World Wildlife Fund) say this is a serious threat to their survival with only 2,900 Asian rhinos left in the whole world.
Poachers hunt them for their horns, which are used in many traditional Asian medicines.
The amount of poaching going on had dropped in many areas due to conservation schemes which created safe habitats in the 1960s and 1970s.
However, following this rise in poaching, the WWF warn we risk losing these creatures forever.
