A 13-year-old Siberian tiger trapped a police officer in a patrol car, after she escaped her lead and sat on the roof of his car.
The big cat, called Qadesh, gave her owner the slip outside the vet's and went for a prowl around the Canadian town Pickering.
Trapped
More than 30 police cars and a helicopter tried to trap the tiger, but Qadesh decided she'd rather catnap on a car.
The officer in the car waited patiently and tried not to
scare Qadesh, even as the car's roof started to cave in.
Zoo officials eventually managed to coax the friendly feline into a cage with help from owner Bill Frazer.
The rare tiger was adopted by Mr Frazer and his family in 1988 as a cub, has never been caged or drugged and even shares Mr Frazer's bed!
She's one of only 15 Siberian tigers in North America and makes school visits to help children learn about tigers.
