He said: "I haven't got a brother and I love playing with Dusty. I would be lost without him. He's getting old and has had lots of accidents."
Other people brought their cats and dogs to the event, including a Scottish Terrier and a long-haired spaniel.
The occasion was marked with a service at St Paul's Church in Covent Garden, where everyone gave thanks for their animals.
