|Shadow constitutional affairs secretary - Oliver Heald
Oliver Heald entered Parliament in 1992 and was a parliamentary aide to Agriculture Secretary William Waldegrave from September 1994 until July 1995.
He was a junior minister at the Department of Social Security in the last years of the Major government, where he instigated a successful anti-benefit fraud strategy.
After the 1997 election, he became a whip and subsequently served as a spokesman for home affairs and then health before joining the shadow cabinet as work and pensions spokesman.
He has served as shadow leader of the House of Commons and has been shadow constitutional affairs secretary since 2004.
