Indian villagers are more democratically empowered than those who live in the big cities. There voters tend to be more apathetic.
Here they know their role is invaluable. There is a lot of interaction during the campaign. People voice their opinions freely – they joke and argue.
They have seen many elections and many politicians. Some of them are cynical – they think that we're here only at the start of our campaigns and then we disappear.
But I hope to change that view.
