'I fold my hands and appeal'

The first stop is Dodiyal a small village of some 400 people.

Although it looks very poor, all the villages in my constituency have electricity and running water.

I fold my hands in greeting as I enter the village school where everyone's gathered to greet me.

It is a traditional gesture I am here to appeal for their vote. I am in their power. They can vote me in, or reject me. I can never forget that.
