Iraq needs to maintain good relations with the US. Iraq should turn its back on the Arab countries, particularly the neighbours. Iraq should establish new relations with US and others.

The US presence is necessary. We would face many problems if they pull out. As soon as the situation improves there will be no need for the Americans to stay.
