I'm a retired doctor, and I lived and worked in the Yeltsin era. Back then, we felt this freedom to think, to act, to speak; the press was free.

Of course he made many mistakes. But then, he was only a human being.

I hope our current president will not destroy the democracy and the freedoms which Yeltsin created.
