Minnie, a Portuguese Water Dog, is 15 months old. Her owner, Nicky Bradley, from Portsmouth, is grooming her prior to show. She tells me that the breed was once nearly extinct. "They are old working dogs with partly webbed feet that used to aid fishermen."
