I am an occasional smoker. My only real problem with a smoking ban is human rights. It's a bit nanny-statist. Where does it stop? It's all about choice. You can choose where you go and where you work. We are sitting in a non-smoking area - that was our choice. I would support a ban in restaurants though but not in pubs.
