Breakfast time

Once the birds are up, they need to be fed.

Each month, Derrick buys 90kg of raw meat from London's Smithfields Meat Market, and divides it into portions for each meal.

The meals are stored in a large freezer, and defrosted daily.

The ravens also eat boiled eggs, bird biscuits soaked in blood, and portions of rabbit, complete with fur.
