I cast my vote in favour of Mr Wickramasinghe. But in Jaffna, members of my family including my sister did not vote. They feel the southern leadership has never really done anything for them and that they had nothing to gain from these elections. If they had voted it would have been a different outcome. I think we have lost more than we have gained.
