When he heard of the whopping sum paid for the Virgin Mary toast, Ontario man Fred Whan was keen to show off his own miracle meal.

Seared onto the bottom of the fishstick is what Mr Whan claims is an image of Jesus Christ.

Since it was cooked in 2003 the fishstick has been carefully kept in a freezer.
