“In the car park of the Red Cross centre a woman is quietly crying to herself, half-heartedly trying to amuse her baby.

“I smile, she smiles, she introduces 18 month old Ailsian and then starts chattering in broken English, "I'm Hazara , we have many problems, we're very poor. I'm looking for a hospital for nervous diseases - I think I'm crazy, I can't cope any more..."”
