At the beginning of the week we asked you to send us your images relating to news events you have witnessed. The response was overwhelming.

We thought it would be fitting to launch our weekly reviews with the first image sent in, which, whilst not of a news event, Kenneth Williams’ picture of a sunrise at Killcare Beach, Australia, is one to admire.
