Uganda's Lord's Resistance Army rebels are notorious for abducting children and mutilating their victims.

Under pressure from the army, they have started attacking eastern areas, as well as their traditional targets in the north.

But some easterners are fighting back by forming the Arrow self-defence militia, reports the BBC's Will Ross.
