On Patrol

On patrol in Cite Soleil, with members of the Brazilian UN forces. It was the Brazilians who took robust action against the gangs that controlled Cite Soleil early last year. Although they claim to have "pacified" the area by breaking up the gangs, a UN report says there is evidence that the gangs are re-grouping. It was clear that our Brazilian "bodyguards" were nervous about allowing us to linger too long in any one place.
