Nepal is holding elections this week for a constituent assembly. It will draw up a new constitution for the Himalayan state, where an estimated 13,000 people were killed during a decade-long civil war.
Maoists fighters signed a peace accord in 2006.
But despite the peace, life is a daily struggle for most people in Nepal, one of the poorest countries in the world.
