Some of the children said they had never drawn before - and had never even seen crayons.But they hunkered down - some in temporary shelters, others by the side of roads - and sketched harrowing images of the day Nargis struck.
After drawing this, Ma Phyu Phyu, 11, described her despair to the foundation's workers.
"Although the villagers, including me, have nothing to eat, nowhere to stay and no hope for our future, I pray to God that this will not happen to other human being."
