In pictures: Life after Cyclone Nargis


 

Ko says his wife couldn't bear the pain of losing two of her children and she looked for them everywhere. He says it was as though she had lost her mind.

She searched for about a week before finally travelling to a Rangoon monastery, which was being used as a rescue centre. The couple stayed there with their 10-year-old son for two weeks before heading home.
