In pictures: US candidates' body language
Blinking

US presidential hopefuls have been making a number of body language gaffes that could turn off voters, according to US expert Patti Wood.

She has watched dozens of hours of the presidential hopefuls campaigning, studying their non-verbal cues - signals such as gestures, postures, facial expressions or tones of voice.

Republican Senator John McCain blinks the most frequently of the candidates, and when doing so exposes issues he is nervous about, she says.
