		Hard labour Onikel Peaten has been appointed as manager of the community farm. "For a long time we had no food. That's why we are so determined here. We do not eat all day; we work hard so that we can feed our children." Farming methods are still basic, and the women perform most of the work by hand. The climate alternates between stifling heat and battering rains, but the women work on through the day regardless.
