Eighteen months ago, conflict between government troops and rebels forced Chief Bouca's family and village to hide deep in the dense bush for six months.
His wife, Simone [pictured] cannot forget that time: "It was like living in hell.
"Mothers had to bury their own children. Food and water was scarce and we lived in constant fear that soldiers would come after us and kill us. Many did not live to see their homes again."
