"Every time the armed men passed there were problems," says Victor Kayma [pictured]. "We all fled at once. We didn't care about our possessions."
But Victor considers himself "lucky". The villagers that took him and his family in had some spare houses and they were helped by the International Committee of the Red Cross.
"We were given household items, some material to make the shirt I'm wearing now and kitchen sets that we use to cook and eat."
