In pictures: Cleaning Freetown

		All morning To deposit their refuse at any of the 33 transit points around the city, some people have to carry their rubbish long distances from their homes deep in the back alleys. Six-year-old Solomon Bangura has been sent by his mother to the dump carrying a box of rubbish on his head. He and his two sisters are on their second trip and he says they will go backwards and forwards all morning.
