Inking problems

The firm takes many types of paper, including envelopes with windows and shredded paper, but will not take brown envelopes or Yellow Pages.

This is because the amount of inking makes it harder to turn into “nice white stock”, says recycling operations manager Andrew Perkins.

Too many of these in any one lorry-load, and the whole lot could be sent back.
