In pictures: Next Big Thing 2007

The final of the BBC's Next Big Thing 2007 competition brought together some of the best unsigned acts from around the world at Maida Vale studios in London.

Sitting in judgement and deciding who the winner would be was an all-star panel of judges: DJ Talvin Singh; multi-million-selling musician and composer Nile Rodgers; producer William Orbit, and Tahita Bulmer, lead singer of New Young Pony Club.
