In pictures: Aceh's hidden orphanages

Children in Aceh's care homes give a glimpse into their rarely-seen world with an exhibition of photos in Indonesia's capital Jakarta.

Many were placed in care after the 2004 tsunami - often by parents who felt they had no choice. Here the children share their experiences in words and pictures.

"These are my friends at the orphanage, eating dinner. They're happy because someone's taking their photograph. It's like they've never been photographed before."
