“Bouake has changed a lot since I was at school here,” Mr Coulibaly says.

“You can see how the war has made people poorer, and the buildings have been neglected.

“But now I think things are getting better. The market is busy, you can see that.

“I was so happy to see my family again. And I am happy for my country too – you can see that the barriers are coming down.”
