The Palasis have an unshakeable attachment to their land. This is something they hope to pass down the generations.

Since the earthquake, we have seen a revitalised attachment to the forest and wildlife among the children of the community.

By installing this loyalty and knowledge of the landscape in children, as in this mapping exercise pictured here, we can ensure the survival of this fragile community.
