Photographer Jennifer Warren/WIR has been to see conditions in controversial refugee camps in Burundi.
Almost 20,000 Rwandan asylum seekers have fled in the past year and live in three transit camps just inside Burundi's border.
The refugees are mainly Hutu, but include some Tutsis. They claim discrimination and a lack of political freedom at home. Rwanda says some are fugitives from justice, fleeing from community courts set up to deal with the 1994 genocide.
