Brithdir Mawr Community is a small collective working towards sustainable organic living that leaves a "light footprint" on the environment. Tony has previously lived on a commune, after giving up his council job in the 1970s.

"I gave it up just before a job came up in planning. I just saw my future stretching before me. I was interested in environmental stuff and I felt I was not part of the solution."
