Tony also designs roundhouses and runs the occasional course.

Handmade rugs and wine are among their other pursuits, as well as growing and preserving vegetables and fruit, hedge-laying, coppicing (an ancient form of forestry that allows re-growth) and a multitude of tasks needed to maintain the roundhouse and protect it from the elements.
