In pictures: Life in a park home
Low cost

Homes in Deanland go for anything between £80,000 and £250,000, depending on their age and size.

They find it cheaper to live there than in Essex, says Morris. They spend about £140 a month on water and sewerage services, and pay electricity bills directly to the park owners who buy it in bulk.

"I hate cooking so my stove is the cleanest in the park", says Myra.

Luckily there's a pub in the park that does cheap food, and Morris makes all the cups of tea at home, she adds.
