Before climbing Zatrwa-La, Stuart and his team had a rest day at 4,050m.

Zatrwa-La has claimed numerous lives from falls and avalanches.

"As I looked at it I feared it and doubted my fitness to get to the top."

Climbing in the Himalayas gave Stuart an opportunity to determine the lowest dose of medication that would give him peace of mind as well as sufficient stamina.

"The balance has to be right for me to succeed on Everest."
