In pictures: One vision: HIV photos

The HIV-positive mother in Michelle Brown's photograph faces a dilemma.

Does she breastfeed her baby, and risk passing the virus on?

Or does she rely on the local water supply - which is probably contaminated - to mix up formula?

The picture is one of the winning entries in the the annual "One Vision" European Photography Competition launched to try to help combat the stigma and discrimination surrounding HIV/Aids.
