Christina Allen and her partner have been running a fresh shellfish stall on Deal seafront for 10 years.

They can vouch for their own produce, including whelks, cockles and lobsters, having caught a lot of it themselves.

They work the stall every day between May and September.

"It all depends on the weather," she says of trade.

"This summer we have been really busy."
