Crashes are inevitable in high speed ambulances. This one, being repaired by in-house body shop foreman Norman Woodington, has been damaged three times in as many months.
His boss, Divisional Officer John Willis, prides himself that all repairs and maintenance are done on site.
"We are all part of the team whether it's an ambulance crew, a cleaner, a manager or a mechanic," he says. "Everyone has a very important role."
