"It was my birthday yesterday. My friends came round and I got lots of presents.

"I go to church every Sunday and I pray that I will continue to be healthy and that my real parents will come and find me.

"I think they're still alive, but I can’t remember them really, or what they look like - but I can still see them in my dreams."
