Photo journal: Sierre Leone amputee
Discrimination

I cannot cook on my own any more, so I have to get one of the children to help me, while I tell them what to do.

This is my daughter, Bonki.

Sometimes when my children get into an argument at school, people say to them: "Your mother is a half-person." It is really upsetting.

We amputees are really discriminated against in Sierra Leone.
