"I have to go fishing most days to catch something to eat," says Razzak.

"We canít grow enough rice in the fields and often at harvest time rich people come in boats and steal our crops.

"Every year water comes to our houses. We make our lands high but evey year water comes into our houses.

"Now we use bricks to raise our beds. Sometimes tidal waves comes four or five feet high. Then I canít sleep because I have to stand."
