"The food is basically a fusion of many different cultures and flavours," Larry says.

"The biggest problem is that in Iran there's no alcohol and that was a huge dilemma.

"I wasn't too sure how I was going to tackle that at first. I've improvised!

"When I got here I learned there are many different fruits, so I go to markets and I think 'Oh, I'll try this'. A lot of experimenting was just to see if it works. If yes then great, if not, then back to scratch."
