"One thing that never existed in Iran until we opened Bistango is garnishes," explains Saman.

"Here you slap a piece of meat on a plate, put some vegetables on the side and if you're really creative, you'll put a basil leaf on the meat.

"When we serve we create a great ambience, but when the food comes it's got to be so good you don't want to break it up.

"People take pictures of the dishes and are shocked."
