In pictures: Bush country

Crawford would be just another small town in Texas were one of its 1,000 residents not the most powerful man on Earth.

On the surface this small town should be exactly the kind of place offering President George W Bush staunch support in his bid for re-election.

But all is not quite as it seems in "Bush Country", as photographer James Ball discovered.
