In pictures: Chad refugee camp

Two families arrive in Bredjing camp after walking for many days from Sudan bearing on their heads all the possessions they were able to grab when soldiers drove them from their villages in Darfur.

In a few short weeks the camp has become home to 30,000 of the 200,000 refugees who have fled across the western border of Sudan.

It was planned to hold just 12,000 people.
