Problems mount up for residents because we can't be around three or four times a week like before, when we were based much closer. Now we come maybe once a week.

"Sorry, but if people weren't trying to blow us up, we'd be here more often," I tell them.

This woman says she needs more space for her family. That's not possible because someone else would have to leave if they took another room, so I explain she has to be patient.
