Lunch

We return after about four hours on the road for lunch at the Difac (dining facility) at Camp Muleskinner. We also call it the KBR, as it's built and operated by the company Kellogg, Brown and Root.

The food is good. We ate MREs (meal, ready to eat) for the first two months, and I can tell you that was not good. Sometimes the translators would bring us rice and chicken, but it was not a varied diet and it's good to get things like green salad now.
